Enermax Introduces Line of Efficient PC Power Supplies

Enermax says that over half the power fed to most computers is wasted leading to an increase in greenhouse gases and wasted money on electricity. Enermax says it is committed to reducing these numbers and has committed to meet or exceed Climate Saver Computing guidelines.
To do this Enermax has a new line of PSUs featuring two new patented technologies called SpeedGuard and AirGuard. SpeedGuard allows the PSU fan to operate at 400 to 500 rpm when the PSU is under 50% load.
AirGuard is a mechanical design which bends the housing around the air-inlet and helps reduce noise levels. The MODU82+ is available in three models with 425W, 525W, and 625W at prices of $109, $144 and $165. The PRO82+ has four models with 385W, 425W, 525W, and 625W. Prices for these models are $79, $99, $129, and $155.
