Monster Cable announced today that it is now shipping the iSoniCast for iPod. The device is a wireless audio bridge that allows iPod owners to play music from their iPod wirelessly over their home stereo without needing any batteries.

The device uses 2.4GHz wireless technology and intelligent frequency hopping for the best signal quality. High bandwidth is available with up to 4Mbps streaming to eliminate compression artifacts common to other wireless mediums like Bluetooth. The iSoniCast Wireless Audio Bridge is available for $99.95.
