Asus announced a new 24-inch LCD today called the MK241H that includes a built-in and rotatable webcam, MIC-Array device, stereo speakers and an earphone jack. The MIC-array combines beam forming functions, ambient noise suppression and acoustic echo cancellation for the best voice quality.

Other features of the display include support for full 1080p HD content with HDMI connectivity. The display uses Color Rich technology to achieve a 130% higher color gamut. The native screen resolution is 1920x1200.

In addition to HDMI other connectivity options include D-Sub and DVI-D. The display offers full HDCP support for Blu-ray or HD DVD playback. The display is available now according to Asus but no pricing information was offered.
