This story is not about the Easter Bunny. Verisign owned Jamba did it again. It released a ringtone that ended up dominating the German music charts for 4 weeks. Now the adorable Schnuffel Bunny and its Snuggle Song is going global.
Ringtones that take over the music charts are nothing new. I think it all started with the Axel F Crazy frog back in 2005.
On a German TV report I learned why Schnuffel mobile video and ringtone is so popular with teenage boys. The reason is of course women. Apparently Schnuffel helps with picking up girls in School.
The video of the English version of the Schnuffel Song is out on Youtube already.
