Averatec 2575 12.1-inch Ultra Mobile Notebook

Averatec has long made some reasonably priced ultra portable notebooks that are decently spec'ed. Today it announced a new ultra portable system called the 2575 that fits right in with the other low cost portable rigs Averatec is known for.
The 2575 retails for only $1099.99 and has a 12.1-inch WXGA widescreen. Other features include a 1.3MP webcam, 250GB HDD and 2GB of RAM. The machine uses an AMD Turion 64 X2 dual-core mobile processor running at 2.2 GHz.
The machine has a SuperMulti DVD burner, 802.11 b/g and a 4-in-1 memory card reader. A trio of USB ports and a PCIe card slot are featured as well. The machine weighs only 3.9 pounds and 1.5-inches thick. Graphics are via ATI RS690 integrated graphics with shared memory.
