Amidst market conditions and the leave of Yahoo! key personal, Microsoft is evaluating its original bid for the company reports Reuters.
Microsoft's original bid was $44.6 billion, but Yahoo! is currently worth about $42 billion. There are no official comments from Microsoft about this matter.
The Wall Street Journal meanwhile reports that senior managers from Microsoft and Yahoo! met this week to discuss the offer.
This was the second meeting since Microsoft made the offer back in February.
