Blizzard announced today that in Mainland China World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade has surpassed the one million concurrent user mark. That number marks the largest number of concurrent users of the game since it was introduced in June 2005.
The Burning Crusade expansion pack was released in China on September 6th, 2007 and is the first expansion pack for the game. WoW continues to be one of the most popular online games around.
It’s very interesting to me that the game is such a huge hit all around the world. I tried to play WoW and just couldn’t get into the game. Everyone tells me to give it another try; I’m just not that interested. I’m more a FPS guy I guess.
