Sanyo Announces a Pair of Super Bright Projectors

Sanyo announced the introduction of a pair of new projectors today called the PLC-XT20/L and PLC-XT30L. The projectors are billed as super bright and are aimed at the business and education markets. The ET30L boasts a brightness of 4200 ANSI Lumens and a 1300:1 contrast ratio.
The screen resolution for the printer is 1400 x 1050. The XT21 has a brightness of 4000 lumens and a screen resolution of 1024 x 768. The contrast ratio for it is 1000:1. Inputs include D-Sub, DVI-D, component and composite via BNC, RCA composite, and S-video.
The ET30L will retail for $6495 without a lens and the XT21L will retail for $4995 with a lens and $4495 without a lens. The two new projectors are expected to ship in April. Lens options for the ET30L include short fixed, short/standard/long and ultra long zoom.
