Panasonic Introduces Wi-Fi Lumix TZ50 Camera

Panasonic introduced its latest Lumix digital camera today called the TZ50. This camera features Wi-Fi connectivity to allow the direct uploading of images from the camera to Picasa Albums on Google. The camera has a 9.1 megapixel sensor and can shoot HD video as well.
In addition to being able to connect to wireless networks at home or work the camera also features free access to T-Mobile HotSpot service. The TZ50 features a 10x optical zoom lens and a 3-inch LCD on the rear. Other features include Intelligent Exposure, digital red-eye correction, MEGA OIS, intelligent ISO, intelligent scene selector, face detection and continuous AF. The camera will be available in May 2008 for $449.95.
