Pioneer officially introduces the KURO KRF-9000FD full HD projector in Munich at the High End trade-show. We found several photos of the KURO KRF-9000FD you can see them in the article gallery.

Pioneer was absent from the projector business for quite a while. The new Pioneer KURO KRF-9000FD 1080p Projector incorporates high reflectivity LCoS (Liquid Crystal on Silicon) technology reaching a contrast ratio of 30,000:1.
Other features of the KURO KRF-9000FD include 2x motorized zoom/focus lens, 80% vertical and +-34% horizontal lens shift, 600lm brightness, 2 HDMI ports, 24db noise level and 280W power consumption.
The Pioneer KURO KRF-9000FD is supposed to be available by the end of the month for about 8000 Euro (~$12,000).
