At the end of April Alienware announced the new Area-51 m17x gaming notebook.
The m17x uses Intel Core 2 Extreme processors and NVIDIA GeForce 8800M GTX graphics in SLI mode. The machine also has a 500GB HDD and can be optioned with up to 1.5TB of storage.
On the Alienware site the m17x can be ordered and configured now to your needs starting at $2,199.
