Ars Technica now part of Wired

Publisher Conde Nast who owns Wired Magazine just bought Ars Technica. Arstechnica will become part of Wired Digital.
TechCrunch's sources say Conde Nast paid $25 million for the 1998 founded technology news site.
Apparently the official statement of the acquisition is to be released next week.
Conde Nast bought Wired Magazine in 2006 also for $25m. Soon after that Wired Digital bought social bookmarker Reddit.

This is yet another deal in the technology news sector. CBS has bought CNET this week for $1.8billion.
