Sharp and Willcom introduce the Willcom 03 Windows smartphone in Japan.

The Sharp Willcom 03 has some interesting user interface gimmicks. Besides the slide out QWERY keyboard the Willcom 03 has split touchscreen. The lower part can switch between a key and a media button layout.
Samsung has a similar UI concept that can be found on the Samsung Soul.

The Sharp Willcom 03 runs Windows Mobile 6.1, and features a 3 inch screen, Marvell PXA270 CPU at 520Mhz, USB, IrSS, Bluetooth, and microSD card slot.
The Willcom 03 (WS020SH) comes in three bright candy colors: Pink, Gold and Lime.
