NTT DoCoMo releases second mobile phone equipped with the Sony FeliCa chip.

The SH506iC i-mode Smart-Card Handset features a two-axis "Rotatable LCD Style" design.
The new handset is equipped with an auto focus camera with 2.02 mega-pixel effective resolution. It also comes with a built-in document viewer that enables viewing of Microsoft® Word, Microsoft® Excel, Microsoft® PowerPoint®, PDF and other types of files saved from a PC to a miniSD™ Memory Card. The SH506iC measures 103 x 49 x 26 mm and weighs 136g.

NTT DoCoMo's first FeliCa enabled mobile phone is the P506iC.
JCB and Casio recently announced a FeliCa Wrist Watch.
