Sports gear maker Adidas is moving against the world's largest retailer because of breach of their trademark rights.
Supposedly Wal-mart has copied Adidas shoes.
The Adidas Group confirmed that legal proceedings are underway, but did not want to comment on details.
Experts estimate that the Adidas could get $316m in damages if they win this lawsuit.
