Target has signed-on as the official retail sponsor for this year's Entertainment for All Expo (E for All) video game expo, scheduled to take place October 3-5, 2008 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, IDG World Expo announced today.

Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase many of the products they see on the E for All show floor at Target's consumer electronics and video game boutique created specifically for the show.
"We are excited to be working with one of the most innovative retailers in the world and providing our attendees with the opportunity to not only try the newest games and gears at E for All, but then buy them on the spot," said Mary Dolaher, Chief Executive Officer of IDG World Expo, the leading producer of world-class tradeshows and events and owner for E for All. "Target's participation is a fantastic new feature at E For All, and by allowing attendees to bring the very products they try on the show floor home to enjoy with their families, it's a great extension of the E for All community."

The E for All Expo took place the first time last year. The next big video game event is actually the E3 Business and Media Summit taking place in Mid-July.

E for All is a new event created for all people who are passionate about video games and everything related. The Expo was launched in response to strong demand for an event that connects all segments of the market - retail, consumers, media and industry insiders. E for All offers an increasingly diverse consumer marketplace the opportunity to see and try new products before they reach store shelves. The Expo runs October 3-5, 2008, at the Los Angeles Convention Center in downtown LA.
