InBev acquires Anheuser-Bush for $52 billion

The WSJ reports that Budweiser brewer Anheuser-Bush accepted that latest offer from InBev and agreed to get acquired for $52 billion.
The deal would bring the iconic U.S. Budweiser and German Becks beer under one global company amongst tons of other beer brands. The new name would be "Anheuser-Busch InBev".
InBev upped to offer to $70-a-share now, which translates into a $52 billion deal.
Early June InBev made an offer to acquire Anheuser-Bush at $42 billion.
