Rumors about new Apple products are running rampant this week. We already reported about new MacBooks and now rumors about a new iPod nano surfaced through iLounge.

I did not like the square format of the current iPod nano 3G and so I am glad to hear that the new iPod nano 4G is supposed to have a tall shape again. I actually still have my trusty old iPod nano 1G in use. The small size is just very convenient.

The iPod nano 4G would still have a click wheel and would not be a mini iPod touch.
Dimensions of the new iPod nano are expected to be bigger compared to previous models to accommodate a larger screen.
The new iPod nano 4G are expected to ship later this year.
