4th Motion has announced that it has dropped the price of its Gyroxus full-motion video game chair by $100. The Gyroxus can now be purchased for $389. The Gyroxus is fully compatible with the PS3, Xbox 360 and with Games for Windows on the PC.

The maker says that the Gyroxus chair puts a new dimension into flight sims like Warhawk and driving games like Motorstorm and Burnout Paradise. FPD titles like Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4 also work with the game as do titles like Madden NFL and Fight Night.

I have never used one of these chairs before and I can’t tell if the Gyroxus is motorized or if you lean to get the motion. I would expect that the chair is motorized. The Gyroxus can support gamers up to 250 pounds.
