If you've ever watched the show Entourage on HBO, you may have seen the cast playing a golfing game using a big screen and real clubs. Visual Sports Systems announced a new sports simulator today called the V-100 Residential Sports Simulator that is basically the exact same thing from the show.
The system includes golf games played on more than 70 of the world's top courses, baseball, hockey, soccer, football, and basketball. Other games are also available for the system including hunting, dodge ball, and 3-D target shooting. A field-goal kicking game was also recently completed in conjunction with EA Sports.
The new V-100 has options with screens from 10 feet wide to 14 feet wide and comes complete with a computer console, software, and object tracking system to record speed, distance, launch angle, and exact location of each. The cost of the system is not mentioned and it's probably one of those things that if you have to ask, you can't afford.
