More Notebooks and PCs News
Taiwanese Albatron unveiled the Tee PC, a mini tablet netbook. The Tee PC is closer to a PDA (remember PDAs? Personal Digital Assistants, they got killed by smartphones) as it runs Windows CE 6.0 than the current wave of XP or Linux sporting netbooks.
The Tee PC measures 188x113x13mm and weighs 343g. Other features of the Windows CE netbook include 400MHz ARM926, 7 inch screen with 800x480px resolution, 128MB RAM, 128MB NAND, Wifi, Bluetooth and 0.3/1.3MP camera.
I am not sure what Albatron is trying to accomplish with the Tee PC. If you want a 7 inch portable device for media than I would choose the Archos 7. If you want a small netbook get a Asus Eee with XP and not CE, if you must have Windows.
More details on Albatron.
