Nokia announced the new N85 today with a 2.6-inch OLED screen and a 5MP Carl Zeiss lens. The phone will also feature a built-in FM transmitter, GPS, high-speed connectivity and more for EUR 450. The phone will be available in October of 2008.
The N85 connects to the 3.5G HSDPA networks and can record DVD quality video at 30 fps. The built-in wireless FM transmitter allows music to be streamed to a stereo from the N85.
"The Nokia N85 was created to be more than the sum of its parts, offering a complete mobile entertainment package designed for connecting, sharing and discovering," said Juha-Pekka Sipponen, Director, Nokia Nseries. "The iconic Nokia Nseries dual slider design has evolved to become smaller and sleeker while integrating the newest features and services to deliver the best mobile experience to date."
