Google is holding a press-conference at 11am PDT in their Mountain View headquarters. The download of the Google Chrome Browser should begin around that time.
The Google Chrome announcement yesterday is still driving most tech news today. Henry Blodget already calls the Chrome Browser the Cloud Operating System and sees Google launching a major weapon against the Microsoft Windows OS domination.
For me it is right now just another browser, but in the near future that could change rather quickly when combined with a Google OS. With Microsoft in some sort of Windows direction crisis, the launch of Chrome could not come at a better time for the search giant.
