Logitech introduces new Optical Mouse MX-1000 with Laser Technology. Logitech did not officially announce the MX-1000 yet, but several stores already carry the Laser Mouse starting at $72.16.

The new Logitech MX Laser Engine provides 20x times the tracking accuracy of standard optical systems. The Wireless Mouse has Logitech's Fast RF, which supposedly is nearly as fast as USB. The Mouse has forward and backward buttons (a must for me) and a tilt wheel. The MX-1000 also features a battery indicator.
