Sony reveals the release date and the price of the highly anticipated WipEout HD for the Sony PS3. On September 25th WipEout HD will be available for download from the Playstation Store for $19.99.
WipEout HD takes the best tracks from Wipeout Pure and Wipeout Pulse and throws them at you in full 1080p resolution at 60 frames per second.
The legendary futuristic racing game will feature a full single player campaign, online races for up to 8 players and 5.1 surround sound.

Additionally WipEout HD has trophy support and motion steering via SIXAXIS.

WipEout is legendary for its immersive racing experience and pumping sound tracks. WipEout HD should be a runaway success on the PS3.
