Kingston Launches DDR3 HyperX RAM at 2GHz

Noted high-end memory maker Kingston has announced its latest DDR3 RAM product. The new memory runs at 2GHz and Kingston says it is the fastest DDR3 memory available at the time. Shipping now, the 2GHz HyperX PC3-16000 modules are available in 2GB kits.
EPP profiles are programmed into the RAM for use with compatible motherboards. A 2GB kit with timings of CL9-9-9-27 at 1.9v will retail for $227.
