I like to play mini golf with my kids. The only problem is that my 7-year old son is a mini golf savant and beats me every time. I think I might be able to beat him on PowerPutt Golf though. PowerPutt is a mini gold coin operated video game that allows players to choose their course.
The game is for arcade play only unfortunately, and it costs about the same as a real round of putt putt. A 9-hole round costs $1 per player and a full 18-hole course costs $2. That is a bargain compared to most arcade games that run $1 or more for a short game. Available courses include the Freaky Tiki, Dusty Trail, and Skull Island. Up to 16 players can play at once. The game is a 3-foot pedestal with a HD monitor.
PowerPutt is made by the same company who developed the top arcade game Golden Tee. "Right now, people want games that are fun to play and easy to learn," says Elaine Hodgson, President of Incredible Technologies.
