Fujitsu buys out Siemens in Fujitsu-Siemens PC Company

Fujitsu buys the 50% stake of Siemens in the Fujitsu-Siemens PC Joint-venture making in a wholly owned Fujitsu company.
Fujitsu pays $566.5 million for the Siemens ownership in the PC maker.
Fujitsu said in a statement that it expects to the deal to close on April 1, 2009, making Fujitsu Siemens Computers a wholly owned subsidiary.
Siemens is still on a path of restructuring and focusing their business.
