3M has introduced one of the smallest projectors on the market called the MPro110. The projector is 115 mm L x 50mm W x 22mm H and weighs only 152g. Led lighting provides run time of up to 60 minutes on a single set of batteries.
The device uses LCOS technology, features a 4:3 native aspect ratio, and offers a resolution of 640 x 480. It can project an image of 5 to 50 inches and works with mobile phones, PDAs, MP3 players, iPods, digital cameras and more. The projector will be available in December for about $400.
I'm not exactly sure what sort of batteries the projector uses. 3M isn't clear on if the projector is rechargeable or runs on AA or AAA batteries. It would be better in a way if the projector uses normal batteries because you could change the batteries and keep going.
