The rumor that Verizon is releasing the first BlackBerry Storm update became true. The BlackBerry Storm Device Software v4.7 (4.7.0.75) is now available for download on the Verizon Support site.
The new BlackBerry Storm Update is also supposed to be available now over OTA, so check your BlackBerry Storm and get the update going. This will not be the last BlackBerry Storm update from Verizon in the near future. Apparently Canadian carrier Bell already offers BlackBerry Storm 4.7.0.76 update for download, despite the fact that the carrier is not even shipping the Storm yet. More details on CrackBerry.
