Acer Ships 22-inch DisplayLink LCD

Acer has announced a new LCD that integrates DisplayLink connectivity. The display is called the B223 and requires only a USB port to connect to the host PC. Resolution for the LCD is 1680x1050 and offers integrated USB ports for connecting additional DisplayLink screens.
Up to six additional displays can be connected to it thanks to the DisplayLink DL-160 network display chip. The display can deliver 32-bit color and smooth DVD playback without needing a video card are integrated graphics port. Availability in the US is unknown, but the display is available now in Europe for EUR 339.
