Intel has commissioned a new survey that shows its products are better than sex… sort of. The study actually shows that 46% of women would rather go without sex for two weeks than give up the Internet for that long. Damn you MySpace.
The numbers are larger in certain age groups of women with 49% of women 18 to 34 saying Internet is better than sex, and 53% of women 35 to 44. Only 30% of guys on the other hand according to the survey would give up sex for two weeks rather than the Internet.
The Wall Street Journal says that the survey was conducted by Harris interactive and polled 2,119 adults last month. The survey also found that 95% of those who participated felt it was very important to have devices to access the Internet. 84% of those polled said that they saved money comparing prices online.
