A home theater can be a pain to set up and can make your room cluttered. A new system announced by ZVOX called the Z-Base All-in-One Home Theater has everything you need in a base that you can sit your HDTV on top of. Inside the Z-Base system is speakers, amp, virtual surround technology and a powered subwoofer.

The device has been designed to work with most 32-inch and 47-inch HDTVs. The device will range the screen of the TV up a few inches, which could be a good or a bad thing depending on how tall your entertainment stand is.

The speakers include five 2-inch full-range units and a single 5.25-inch sub. The virtual surround uses PhaseCue technology and a remote is included with the system. Total power is 60-watts and the system measures 28" x 14.5" x 3.5". MSRP for the Z-Base 550 is $499.99.
