New Dell XPS 625 runs on AMD Dragon

AMD today unleashed the Dragon platform. One of the first Desktop computers to leverage the new high performance and lower cost AMD platform is the Dell XPS 625.
The Dell XPS 625 gaming desktop is powered by AMD Multi-core Black Edition processors (unlocked) and high-performance ATI Radeon HD graphics, all overclockable through AMD performance tuning software.
For power users who want to turn the dial up to 11, the XPS 625 can be configured with:
AMD Dragon platform technology, including the 3.0GHz AMD Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition processor combined with dual ATI CrossFireX technology-enabled ATI Radeon HD 4850 graphics cards, 8GB of memory with a 64-bit edition of Windows Vista plus 10,000 RPM hard drive options for faster startups, faster data retrieval and shorter wait times.
The Dell XPS 625 desktop will be available today on the Dell Store starting at $999.
