When Microsoft launches a new operating system then they also release a new Office version. It is no different with Windows 7.
Office for Windows 7 is codenamed Office 14. Arstechnica published a couple of screenshots of Office 14 that got leaked on a Russian site. If I would not be so lazy I would have switched to Open Office already as I only maybe need 5% of the functions Microsoft Office is offering and these for sure work in the open source Office package as well.
The Office 14 beta is not supposed to start before May.
