EA has announced that it is bringing Command & Conquer Red Alert 3: Ultimate Edition to the PS3 game console for the first time. The game has previously been offered on the PC and Xbox 360 only. The PS3 version takes advantage of the Blu-ray disc capacity to add more content.

EA says that it is adding five new multiplayer maps to the PS3 version, behind the scenes videos and trailers, exclusive Command & Conquer TV programming and a PS3-dedicated BattleCast along with tips and tricks from the developers.

The official Red Alert 3 soundtrack is also on the disc. The game has a cast of known actors as the characters in the live action sequences including UFC contender Randy Couture, David Hasselhoff, and Jenny McCarthy.
