I could get $15 from Apple for my scratched iPod nano 1G

Apple has lost a class action law suit regarding the easy scratching of the first generation iPod nano from 2005. Apple has been ordered to pay $22.5 million to cover for the endured pain. I still have one and would get $15 from Apple if I file a claim on the class action lawsuit site - Yippie!
If you got lucky and still own a iPod nano 1G without a sleeve you can actually claim $25.
I do not see the merit in lawsuits like that if it is about so little money and 4 years too late. This stuff is only a fun business for lawyers.
Via BGR.
I actually covered my iPod nano 1G with ShieldZone back in the day.
