Nokia today announced the Nokia 6700 classic, the Nokia 6303 classic and the Nokia 2700 classic. Nokia says that these new phones have the formula that made Nokia the world leader in mobile phones. The Nokia formula says: Candystick+No Features+Low Price=Boring Phone selling in millions. Well this is not quite true, but now that even soccer moms carry the iPhone 3G, normal mobile phones have gotten really boring.
The Nokia 6700 comes with a 5 megapixel camera and assisted GPS navigation with Nokia Maps. Price is 235 Euros.
The Nokia 6303 classic has a 3.2MP camera and a 2.2 inch screen selling for 135 Euro.
The Nokia 2700 classic sells for 75 Euro and features a 2MP camera and a SD card slot supporting up to 2GB storage.
The new Nokia 6700 classic, Nokia 6303 classic and Nokia 2700 classic are expected to ship in the second quarter of 2009.
