Millions of watchers tuned into the Super Bowl yesterday to watch the game and check out the famous commercials and half time show. Some viewers in Tucson, Arizona who were watching the game on Comcast cable's SD feed saw a bit more than they had wanted to see.
According to the local NBC affiliate in the area, the SD signal was hacked and a ten-second porn clip was inserted into the feed. The station received hoards of complaints from families who were watching the game and saw the clip.
The network says that the signal watched by viewers over the air and by those on HD feeds was not interrupted. Engineers with the network are investigating to see what happened. The porn clip was reportedly inserted right after The Cardinals' Larry Fitzgerald scored on a long touchdown reception.
Via Fox Sports. Update: The Super Bowl Porn glitch made it onto Youtube. The TV viewers in Tucson did not get treated to a great porn, bad luck. Update: Comcast responses to Porn Glitch.
