Pantech makes lots of lower cost handsets for AT&T that are aimed at the mobile messaging and email crowd. I took a look at one of their handsets, the Matrix a while back and it was a nice phone. The company has announced that its Breeze is now available in a new color.

The new black Breeze has silver inside and the case on the exterior is black. The Breeze has large keys, a user-friendly design, a bright display, and a camera built-in. A trio of quick call keys are located right below the screen that can be linked to the most commonly called numbers dialed.

The device also features large fonts perfect for the elderly or those with poor eye sight that have a hard time reading the often tiny text on other phones. One of the best features of the device is that it is very low cost at $29.99 after rebate and a two-year agreement. The device is $79.99 upfront and then a $50 rebate is sent by mail.
