MSI Classic Series Notebooks Unveiled

MSI has unveiled a new notebook series called the Classic line that features three models including the CX700, CX600, and CR400. The machines weigh 3 kgs, 2.5 kgs, and 2.2 kgs respectively and are said to be value series notebooks with lower price points.
The CX700 notebook has an odd 17.3-inch screen, the CX600 has a 16-inch screen, and the CR400 has a 14-inch screen. The CX700 uses an ATI HD4330 GPU, the CX600 features the same GPU, and the CR400 takes advantage of the NVIDIA 8200M video card.
All of the models have a combo drive that burns DVDs and CDs along with a built-in card reader and 1.3MP webcam with mic. MSI uses ECO power management to save power at the touch of a button. Pricing for the machines is unannounced at this time, but considering they are value notebooks the line should be affordable.
