Samsung unveiled a new netbook aka mini-notebook dubbed Samsung N310 for a world-wide release in the coming months.
The Samsung N310 features a 10.1 inch LCD display and a rounded pebble like design.
The back of the Samsung N310 features a large embossed Samsung logo, which is a bit too much if you ask me. The weight of the N310 is low at 1.23kg, but it looks quite thick.
Other features of the Samsung N310 include Intel Atom N270 at 1.6Ghz, 5 hour battery life, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, 160GB HDD, Bluetooth, card reader, 1.3MP camera, 3 USB ports, and HSDPA and WiBro optional. The Samsung N310 comes in black, red, and blue and runs Windows XP.
Samsung dubbed their netbooks so far with the NC moniker (Samsung NC10 and Samsung NC20). For some reason they switched now to just using N and a three digit number - why ever.
Via this Samsung announcement (Korean). More photos of the Samsung N310. Update: Samsung N310 will launch in Germany on April 6th with an MSRP of 499 Euro (~$680).
