NVIDIA Announces GTX 275 Video Card

NVIDIA has announced a new video card today called the GTX 275 that offers what NVIDIA calls first rate graphics, physics, and GPU computing performance along with a great price for value conscious gamers. The card is based on the GT200 architecture and has 240 processing cores running at 1404MHz.
The GTX 275 has 80 texture processing units, a 448-bit memory interface, and an 896MB frame buffer. The card sits between the NVIDIA GTX 275 and GTX 285 in price and performance. NVIDIA says that the GTX 275 is the highest performing video card in the $229 to $249 price range.
Other features of the video card include support for PhysX, CUDA, NVIDIA 3D Vision, and the card is Windows 7 ready. Announced along with the GTX 275 is a new NVIDIA Power Pack that offers new PhysX patches for games and other material. The GTX 275 will be available globally on or before April 14th.
