BlueAnt has announced a new Bluetooth headset called the Q1 that offers voice control features. BlueAnt claims that the Q1 is the world's most advanced voice controlled headset. The device looks like any other Bluetooth headset with the difference being you can fully control functions by saying commands aloud.
The user can speak commands like redial, callback, answer call, ignore call, and check battery. A full list of voice commands can be heard by saying what can I say. The Q1 also has soft silicon ear buds for comfort and dual mics with voice isolation technology for better call quality.
The device can pair with up to eight different phones and has up to 4 hours of talk time and 100 hours of standby time. An internal wind shield reduces wind noise and the firmware is upgradable via USB on your computer. The MSRP for the device is unknown at this time as is availability.
