WildCharge has been showing off its wire-free charging solution for a while now, and I will admit it is an interesting device. It's not wireless, but you can place your phone on the WildCharge pad and charge the battery without having to plug anything in.
The only catch is that the phone must have a WildCharge adapter installed. The company makes adapters for several specific phones and has now announced a universal adapter that will work for most phones.
The adapter is available with mini-USB tips that will work for lots of the phones on the market. Pricing for the adapter is $39.99 and bundles for mini-USB, Nokia, and Sony Ericsson handsets are available. A bundle with the charge pad and the universal adapter is offered for $79.99. I wish they had an adapter for the iPhone.
