Samsung Unveils New Projector Line

Samsung has announced that its line of data projectors has been updated. The new line includes the P, L, D, and A series aimed at uses ranging from classroom and business to the home entertainment realm. Samsung says that its P400 projector weighs less than 2 pounds and has 150 lumens of brightness and uses an LED light source.
The L series are aimed at the classroom and conference room and include the L220 and L300. The L300 has HDMI out and uses 3-chip technology for color along with built-in speakers. The D series projectors are for large rooms like auditoriums and lecture halls and they use DLP technology.
The A series are for home theater enthusiasts wanting the highest picture quality with the A400, A800, and A900 both featuring DLP technology and HDMI connectivity. The A800 and A900 offer full 1080p resolution. The A900 has a 12000:1 contrast ratio.
