We mentioned the weird Sharp Mebius netbook last week that has the second LCD screen that doubles as a track pad and hand writing recognition pad. The netbook is cool in an over the top way, but has little real world use.
Still for those who thrive on different, cool, and odd products, the Mebius netbook can now be had in the US from the gang at the website Dynamism. The netbook will cost you much more than any netbook is worth at $999. You could buy several real netbooks for that price.
The machine is expected to be available to purchase in June so you have some time to start saving your pennies to purchase. Other than the second track pad LCD screen the Mebius is all stock netbook. I still wonder what the battery life will be like compared to other netbooks, I am betting run time suffers with two LCDs to power.
