Retro RolleiFlex MiniDigi comes to US

We just received a press-release that the digital mini version of the classic Rolleiflex twin lens camera is also going to be available on the US and canadian market. We reported about the Rolleiflex MiniDigi when it was released in Japan in May.
The original RolleiFlex was introduced 1929. The new digital version implements unique features of the RolleiFlex which include: classic pop-up hood and viewfinder, a crank prepares the camera for the next shot and square format. Besides those features unique to the Rolleiflex MiniDigi, the MiniDigi incorporates digital camera technology like SD memory card support, white balance, fast shutter speeds, 2-megapixel sensor and LCD screen. Pricing is expected to be in the $350.00 range. The retro camera gadget should start shipping in November.
