World's First Terrestrial DMB-Receiving Mobile Phone by LG

LG unveiled supposeldy the world's first terrestrial digital multimedia broadcast-receiving mobile phone.
The DMB mobile phone adopts the DMB-receiving System-on-Chip (SoC) that LG developed last month. The TV phone features a 2.4"QVGA screen, 1.3 Mega-Pixel Camera, Video display H.264 CIF with 30 fps, DMB video (H.264)/audio (BSAC) standard, DAB-MUSICAM, MP3 Player and 3D surround sound speaker.

I am not quite sure why it is the world's first Digital TV phone. Sanyo showed a Mobile Phone with Digital Tuner in September. Also in June KDDI showed digital TV phone prototypes in their lab.
