You usually read the headline above on Tuesdays, but apparently some Apple employees now work Sundays (which I assume they always do, even if Steve is not around) as well, because the Apple Store is down.

Not every time the Apple Store is down though means new products. Today could just mean some shop maintenance as Sunday is most likely the slowest day of the week.
Amazon never goes offline, but many other stores do when they update. Walmart for instance goes down as well occasionally. I applaud all stores that can stay online even when they update or upgrade their service. Ever heard about good old stage servers, anyone? The Apple store goes down to add some new products, which is actually a bit embarrassing.
